“This is where you count": A customized website for the best talents

The potential

VGH Versicherungen was faced with a challenge: attracting fresh and experienced talent in a highly competitive job market. In order to increase its attractiveness as an employer and strengthen its employer brand, VGH developed a comprehensive employer branding campaign. With the central claim “Here you count” and a matching visual world, an authentic and appealing brand promise was created that emphasizes the individuality and importance of each employee. This campaign called for a digital presence that not only conveyed the message, but also convinced potential candidates and encouraged them to apply directly. The focus was on creating a new website that would pick up on the campaign's core messages and carry them forward. The aim was to develop a platform that not only serves as an information carrier, but also actively contributes to attracting new talent. The website was to impress with a comprehensive range of content that highlights and promotes both professional and personal opportunities for applicants at different career levels. In addition, it was essential to integrate a clear and user-friendly presentation of available jobs in order to provide potential applicants with easy and direct access to VGH Versicherung's job offers.

The solution

We implemented the project with the highest standards and the greatest motivation. The result was a responsive and high-performance website that not only impresses with its generous and modern design, but also with its functionality and user-friendliness. Based on a headless CMS, we were able to implement an effective and modular content management system that enables flexible and future-proof content maintenance.

Another key component of the solution was the seamless integration of the VGH Versicherung applicant management system. This interface enabled the job offers to be displayed directly on the website and ensured that the applications were transmitted smoothly back into the system. Filtering and searching the job offers by zip code, entry level and categories ensured that applicants could find suitable positions quickly and efficiently. A particular highlight of the website is the specially developed “job matcher” for career starters. This interactive assistant uses specific questions to determine which job best suits the person in question, providing valuable guidance for talented young people looking for their professional future.
